Steve is an accomplished aviation professional with over 30 years of industry experience. Currently serving as the Managing Director Quality/Chief Inspector at Southwest Airlines, he oversees Quality Control, Quality Assurance, CASS, and Safety Management System departments in Technical Operations. With 28 years at Southwest Airlines in various leadership roles, Steve has a diverse background in Engineering, Maintenance Programs, Maintenance Automation, Reliability, Maintenance Planning, and Production. As the maintenance chair for the industry InfoShare forum, Steve focuses on safety-related topics and initiatives in the aviation industry.
