John Bohler is a Senior Specialist in Delta Air Lines’ NDT Programs department. As a member of this group, he manages the eddy current program and ensures the highest standards in non-destructive testing. With 34 years at Delta, Bohler’s expertise spans more than two decades in NDT, holding advanced qualifications in ET, UT, RT, MT, PT and IR. He currently maintains ASNT Level III certifications in ET and MT, as well as NAS410 Level III in ET.
Bohler’s leadership and technical acumen have contributed to Delta’s recognition in the industry, including multiple FAA-A4A “Better Way Awards” (2006, 2008, 2009, 2012, 2014, 2017). He was inducted into Delta’s prestigious Chairman’s Club in 2006, reflecting his dedication and impact.
Bohler holds a BS in Aerospace Maintenance Management from Middle Tennessee State University and dual AAS degrees in Avionics and Aircraft Maintenance (with A&P certification) from Clayton State College.
