James Bittner has worked for Evident Scientific since October 1991. Over the past 30 plus years, he has held many positions, from QA manager to product manager, among other titles.
He has supported aerospace, defense and many other industries that require eddy current, bond testing and ultrasonic inspections. Bittner’s main expertise is in the eddy current and bond testing technologies. He has collaborated closely with Boeing, Lockheed and several other original aircraft equipment manufacturers (OEMs), as well as the Department of Defense (DOD) on their aging aircraft program. Additionally, Bittner provided product and application support that involved developing new sensors and standards currently used to inspect various structures and components of aircraft.
