Danielle Stephens is the Structural Health Monitoring Project Manager and runs the in-house Reliability of Structural Health Monitoring research activities for the FAA’s Structures and Materials Section at William J. Hughes Technical Center in Atlantic City, NJ. She is also Project Manager for non-destructive inspection and thermoplastic resin composites research efforts. Her other in-house research includes the Evaluation of Aged Structural Bonds on Composite Bonded Rotor Blades. Prior to this, she worked in support of the FAA’s R&D Flight Program where she was responsible for engineering design and analysis for structural modifications to the FAA fleet of aircraft in support of customer R&D programs. Ms. Stephens holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering from Rutgers University and a Master of Science in Engineering Management from Embry Riddle.
