Matsua has lead the airframe engineering team in Japan Airlines(JAL) E&M for 5 years, covering JAL group’s all Boeing and Embraer models for airframe/components/paint and weight&balance, new technologies incl. composite materials/inspection/repair, investigation/regulatory/PR support for incidents past and present, etc. Matsua has 4 years experiences of the Director of technical documents/maintenance program management. Mastua has 2 years experiences of the engineering project lead for fleet management and improvement incl. Airbus A350 introduction, and the analysis labo for chemical, physical properties, structural fracture etc. Matsua has 4 years experiences of local representative for JAL engineering and QA at Boeing sites in Puget Sound (2008-2012), and took care of the activities for initial 787 deliveries to JAL throughout the Boeing production to entry into service. Matsua has 6 years experiences of various areas of airframe engineering incl. liaison engineering, on-site management at heavy check MROs, on-site receiving activities at Boeing production, 787 structure maintenance readiness, modification activities incl. STCs, participating CACRCs and the development activity of 787 structure repair training course by Boeing, etc. Matsua has 5 years experiences of structural technician in JAL production at Narita Airport, Japan.
