Customer Support Engineer, Collins Aerospace
Brian Skinner has worked for Collins Aerospace since 2007 in various roles. Skinner has been a customer support engineer in the wheel and brake organization since 2015.
In his current role as a customer support engineer, Skinner provides technical support to airline customers and maintenance repair and overhaul (MRO) facilities for numerous Collins’ in-service wheel and brake programs.
Some of the job responsibilities of this role include • Writing Component Maintenance Manuals and associated service documentation • Conducting Root Cause Corrective Action investigations for field issues • Developing and introducing product improvements into the aftermarket • Monitoring component reliability
